Please have all people out of the home during the photo shoot and make sure all pets are out of sight. Our cameras use wide angle or 360 degree lenses that make them difficult to hide from. Additionally, we are a creative service and our photographers will do their absolute BEST WORK without any distractions in the home.

“Photos Only” appointments should typically take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the size of the home. Our bundles include multiple services and can take anywhere from 1 hour and 30 minutes to almost a full day. Please plan accordingly.

We will be photographing both the inside and outside of the home, including all of the major rooms. We normally do not photograph the garage unless it has special features and is requested on site. Other areas we tend to avoid are closets and laundry rooms unless asked. If they are visibly exceptional, please let us know before we start.
